I am Catapulting into 2024 by Launching a New Business!
Happy new year! I am super excited to announce that I have decided to start my own firm, Catapult For Change, PBC. Starting a business is something that I always dreamed of doing and there is no time like the present. What am I planning to do? I want to help executives and businesses transform themselves and their organizations by unlocking their potential to enhance their effectiveness. I am tailoring my services to three types of clients:
1. Individuals
a. Executive coaching for CEOs and C-suite member
2. Businesses/Organizations
a. Executive team development focused on becoming high-performing teams
b. Business transformation support on strategy, culture, organizational wellbeing, financial turnaround, and operational optimization
c. Technical consulting on ESG, business with purpose, and water/wastewater/sanitation
3. Corporate boards
a. Board service
b. Governance consulting
Here are my business principles:
What brings me the most joy and satisfaction? Building solid and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients; creating a shared vision; supporting others to learn and grow as professionals.
What gives me energy? Envisioning what the future can be and planning to make it become a reality; launching new ideas; being bold and changing the game.
What work do I want to do more of? Empowering leaders and transforming organizations; helping executives unlock their potential to enhance their effectiveness; creating positive and effective workplace cultures and teams grounded in wellbeing and trust; being my own boss and defining and owning my future success.
I have a clear view of the services I want to provide through Catapult For Change while I also grow my corporate board service work. I am so excited to be able to support the wellbeing of my clients through my work while continuing to focus on my personal purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the planet.
How can we work together?
I have two immediate opportunities that may be of interest to you:
1. Calling all Corporate Wellbeing Catalysts! I am co-designing a transformational course for CEOs called the Corporate Wellbeing Catalyst Program with The Wellbeing Project (a nonprofit supporting a global network of over 400 organizations that is at the heart of moving wellbeing to the mainstream). We are looking for 20 to 25 CEOs to participate in the course. You can read more details about the program here.
I have participated in many coaching, executive education, and training programs (as you likely have too). I am confident this program will be different based on my own transformational experience in a similar program for individuals run by the Wellbeing Project. Our curriculum for this Well-being Catalyst Program is unique and intentionally designed as a breakthrough program. It is specifically targeted to support CEOs — and only CEOs. As a CEO participant, you will learn tools and methods to practice new skills that will increase your effectiveness as a leader. You will connect with other CEOs in an intimate, safe and powerful way to overcome hurdles in a supportive, caring, and learning environment with peers. The outcomes you learn will help you transform yourselves as leaders. You will learn new ways to evolve your organizations to be more positive workplaces for your employees and generate more impact. 2. My coaching and consulting business is open! I have developed an executive coaching curriculum based on the most impactful practices that I have learned from the many coaches I have had over the years, the coaching courses I have taken (and am taking), and my own experience as a CEO/top exec at three organizations. Each client’s coaching program will be unique and catered to individual needs.
